As you write! It's not enough to have data, you have to know what to do with it. Netflix can't even come close to finding the right movies for me, but it should have analyzed me a long time ago - I use it a lot. This or Alibaba offer me products that I bought. The car dealer who also services my car doesn't offer me a price for the old one and a promotion for the new one after 100,000 km.... In short - we are still far from ideal. So there are still a lot of opportunities. It's no different in the b2b sector of the economy. They know little about me, they sell to me when I'm already in trouble, they don't know how to analyze my business, they don't know who left the company.... Why do they know all this in sports - be it football, basketball, .... Otherwise, thanks again for the article, which makes you think and challenges you in a positive sense.

Great article!

Love the point "Embrace the friction!"

The key learning for me is dont run away from dissent, look for it and embrace it.

Humility inspite the success will sustain you.
